Functional expertise in the areas of operations, finance, manufacturing, sales, strategic planning and reengineering. Experienced Board Director on several companies both publicly listed and privately held. Active participant on board committees. MBA Harvard University (1979) and Industrial Engineer Georgia Tech (1975).

José Holguín

José Holguín is Ph.D. in Business Management as well as Bachellor in Philosophy and Theology, with a specialization in University Management and Political Science. He is an Expert in Information Technologies and Telecommunications and LATAM & Caribbean Associate Consultant for RosettaStone and IBEC; BlackBoard and Scala-Pearson’s Associate Consultant in Dominican Republic. He is a renowned advisor on Education Strategies, Education Management and Stategic Policies. He has served as Chancellor, Executive ViceChancellor, Academic Director, Research Director and, last but not least, Professor in different Universities. He is currently the Executive VP of the Asociación de Rectores de Universidades del Caribe y América —ARCA— [LATAM & Caribbean Chancellor Association], Coordinator of VirtualEduca in Dominican Republic, and President of Dominican Republic’s Association of Universities.

Antonio Vázquez-Vega

Antonio Vázquez-Vega holds a Degree in Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Legal Advising at the Instituto de Empresas de Madrid. He is a former MBA Graduate from IESE and the University of Harvard’s Law School. He is General Secretary at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Director of the Universidad de Valladolid’s Foundation, University Director for UNIVERSIA Spain (Banco Santander Central Hispano) and, University Director for Emagister. He holds the Vicepresidency of Wolters Kluwer Global’s Education Division and has wrote over 10 books on Management and Education.

Carlos Midence

Carlos Midence is a Diplomat, Specialist in Policitcal Science and Decolonization. He was worked as Nicaragua’s National Coordinator to the Conferencia Iberoamericana and holds a Permanent Seat representing Nicaragua at the World Tourism Organization — UNWTO. He is currently Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipontentiary of Nicaragua to the Kingdom of Spain. He often writes for Spanish Newspapers such as ABC and The Diplomat and European News Agencies like EUROEFE. He has been awarded the Carlos III Prize for his Diplomatic Achievement.

Nicolás Dojman
